What we collect
When you place a pre-order we collect your name, phone number, an optional email address, optional notes, and the items you ordered. We also record the order total, pickup date and status. You can browse the menu without giving us anything.
Why we use it
Only to prepare your order, identify it at pickup, and contact you if something about it changes. We don’t take payment online; you pay in store.
Who can see it
Our bakers see orders when they sign in to the baker dashboard. We don’t sell your details or use them for advertising. Our hosting and database providers store the data on our behalf.
Baker accounts
Bakery staff who sign in have an account with an email address and password, used only to access the dashboard.
Your choices
Ask us in store to correct or delete your order details and we will. Order records are kept only as long as needed to run the bakery.
