Pre-orders
This site lets you reserve bakes for pickup at our Ballarat bakery. Placing a pre-order is a request, and we confirm it once we’ve checked we can bake it. Menu items, prices and availability may change, and we may decline or adjust an order if we can’t fill it.
Payment and pickup
You pay in store, in Australian dollars, when you collect. Please pick up on the date chosen during the Saturday pickup hours. If you can’t make it, let us know; uncollected orders may be given to other customers.
Allergens
Our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts and other common allergens, and we can’t guarantee any item is free of them. If you have an allergy, please speak to us before ordering.
Using the site
Please give accurate details when ordering and don’t misuse the site, attempt to break into it, or place orders you don’t intend to collect. Baker sign-in is for bakery staff only.
Liability
We take care with our food and this site, but the site is provided as is. Nothing here limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Beyond that, our responsibility is limited to the price of the order affected.

How we handle your details is set out in our privacy policy. We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows the latest version. Victorian law applies.
